Key provisions include stringent coaching qualifications, such as mandatory IPF and PA certifications, SafeSport training, and anti-doping education, to guarantee high standards of expertise and integrity. To safeguard fairness, coaches are prohibited from soliciting athletes for personal gain or coaching against U.S. athletes, maintaining objectivity and loyalty to our national team. Complementing this, the International Coaching Responsibilities document details the roles of Head Coaches, Coaches, and Assistant Coaches.
